Pretty impressive anatomy skills you got. One suggestion I'd make is to make your poses less stiff. One common way is to offset the shoulders and hips.

I like the colors.

I think that the position of the torso could be exaggerated more. Maybe more of a twist or emphasize on the angle of it.

Honestly the chibi-esque proportions really make this look more cute and the pose really emphasizes the "ass"ets.

I really like the composition of this. The kick from Kefla guides the eye to the Ultra Instinct Goku.

As far as the drawings themselves go, I really like the proportions of the faces.

The only minor suggestion I would have is to overall make the arms thinner to match Kefla better, and more specifically the forearm.

In comparison to the original shot, the hair volume on your drawing seems a lot more empty.

Also the facial proportions seem to be a little off. The facial features are too bunched up together and the eyes are far too wide. It seems that with the head shape, you didn't give yourself enough room to properly draw the features, so for future reference I suggest making the upper and lower parts of the head more equal.

The shading and muscle detail seems to be decent, so I suggest you simply continue to refine that and improve over time.

I think the detail on the muscles is to die for.

I would say that the overall proportions for this could use work. You made Kefla look way taller than she actually is in Dragon Ball Super and with said proportions her face looks a little bit too adultish with how far down the mouth is from the mouth and nose.
